I’m Sandra, a certified nervous system coach and wellness coach dedicated to helping women regulate stress, release emotional overload, and reconnect with their calm.

My work blends science-backed nervous system tools, mindfulness, and personalized coaching so clients can rewire their stress response, step out of survival mode, and build lives that feel balanced, empowered, and deeply fulfilling.

Years ago, I was successful on paper but unraveling on the inside — exhausted, anxious, and stuck in repeating patterns. It wasn’t until I discovered nervous system work that everything changed. By learning how to rewire my stress responses, I broke free from constant fight-or-flight and found a new way to live.

Now, I help women like you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and rediscover the calm and confidence you deserve. My approach blends somatic tools, mindfulness, and wellness coaching to support your unique journey of growth and transformation.

As your nervous system coach, my role is to guide you back to balance with practical, science-backed tools.

I’ve Been Where You Are

Years ago, I was successful on paper — but silently unraveling on the inside. Divorced, exhausted, and running on stress, I found myself constantly asking why:

  • Why do I feel like this?
  • Why can’t I shake the fear?
  • Why do I keep repeating the same patterns?

It wasn’t until I discovered nervous system work that everything changed. Understanding my body’s signals allowed me to rewire how I responded to stress. With the help of nervous system coaching, I finally stopped living in constant fight-or-flight and began to feel safe, calm, and whole again.
